Poster Guidelines

The poster size should be within 48 x 36 inches (see below). We recommend the poster be made in Landscape format, rather than Portrait. We will provide both thumb nails and double side tapes to attach your poster on the trifold poster board. It is suggested that you place multiple copies of a reproduction of the abstract in the upper left-hand side of the poster, written with the headings “Introduction/Background,” Methods,” “Results,” and “Conclusions”. It is recommended that you hand-carry your poster to the conference, using tubular packaging or a portfolio case. For UKC poster session, the poster should be displayed before the event at 6 pm on 8/4 (Friday).
